The Centro Técnico Nacional de Conservación de Productos de la Pesca (ANFACO – CECOPESCA) presented the Red Tecnomifood during the 5th edition of th RIES Forum (International Challenges of the Health Ecosystem), held between October 21 and 28 and November 4, 2020. During the Research Projects section, organized for October 28, the ANFACO-CECOPESCA partners presented the Tecnomifood Network as a reference project in the field of health.
The RIES Forum, which this year is held under the slogan “Silver Economy: Food & Quality of Life“, is a benchmark event at the regional and national level, organized through the Galician Health Cluster (CSG). The Forum has been created as a meeting point between the main agents of the public and private health and social health sector at the European level, in collaboration with the ECHAlliance network of health ecosystems.
ANFACO-CECOPESCA is a benchmark technological center for the marine and food sector at the regional and state level, which has the highest recognition by the Administration. Its purpose is to promote quality and R&D&i in the field of fishing and aquaculture in particular and food, in general, as well as the transfer of research results to the business fabric.
