Abstract
A group of scientists from the University of California in Irvine has discovered a new pharmacological method to attenuate mitochondrial dysfunction, which promotes diet-induced obesity. The method to reverse obesity is based on a molecule that changes the shape of the mitochondria. The results of their study have been published in the journal EMBO Molecular Medicine.
