Eating fast is associated with a higher risk of being overweight and other cardiometabolic factors in childhood

Abstract
A study is carried out to determine the relationship between the speed of ingestion in childhood and the risk of presenting certain cardiometabolic risk factors. It is observed that eating faster is related to less adherence to the Mediterranean diet and a greater risk of being overweight and an increase in body fat and blood pressure.
