Comments
Abstract
A diet rich in fermented foods, such as kimchi, cottage cheese and keêr, can improve the diversity of gut microbes and reduce molecular signs of inflammation, according to researchers from Stanford School of Medicine. Microbiota-oriented diets offer a promising way to reduce inflammation in healthy adults, according to the study published in the scientific journal Cell.
