Food allergy is defined as an adverse reaction caused by specific immune mechanisms due to exposure to specific food ingredients. There is a global increase in the prevalence of food allergy. At present, there are many methods of treating food allergy, but most of them have shortcomings. Therefore, it is necessary to propose new therapeutic approaches to combat these food allergies. One of them is the use of probiotics, since more and more studies have shown that the number and species of the intestinal microbiota can intervene in food allergy.
