The new division of DSM Hologram Sciences has launched its first product, a vitamin D-based direct-to-consumer brand that includes a test kit. The supplement is based on the ingredient calcifediol or 25-hydroxyvitamin D. Vitamin D has been in high demand recently for its proven effects in helping people avoid COVID-19 infections and better cope with them if they are infected.
