Abstract

Nucaps has developed an encapsulation technology that produces nanocapsules and biocapsules for bioactives and probiotics, which can drive functional solutions, with final products designed and developed to market specifications using Blendhub’s Food-as-a-Service platform, which accelerates the design, production and launch of powdered food products.
