Symrise has developed a processed probiotic dedicated to oral care. The development does not contain preservatives and is marketed in powder form to facilitate its introduction into the formulations of food products or nutritional supplements. According to studies carried out by Symrise before market launch, the product improves the resilience of the oral mucosa and allows a positive modulation of the microbiota.
