Nutritional geometry techniques to define personalized diets for fatty liver
Comments
Abstract
Nutritional geometry is a mathematical model that defines the relationships between the different nutritional hierarchies (nutrient, food, and diet) and their interaction with health. A CIBER collaborative study concludes that dietary modifications for the treatment of metabolic disease associated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease should focus on promoting weight loss and a personalized diet that can be supported by predictive models based on nutritional geometry.
