Tras la revolución de la tecnología 4.0, se han desarrollado nuevos métodos que analizan el microbioma. Teniendo en cuenta la interacción dieta-microbiota, las dietas personalizadas basadas en la microbiota son prometedoras. Los métodos de aprendizaje automático tienen un papel crítico en términos de nutrición personalizada basada en el microbioma.
