Resources: training and incorporation of human resources

In the “Resources” key area contemplated in the Strategic Plan of the Red Tecnomifood, there is a set of activities aimed at promoting the training and specialisation of personnel with the objective of improving research capacities and excellence in the application of omic technologies in the field of study of nutrition and health, as well as to promote the recruitment and attraction of talent at a national and international level.

To guarantee the functioning of the Red Tecnomifood and the complementarity of the different training actions, each partner is working on the following aspects:

To identify the knowledge base for the application of omic technologies

To explore sources of knowledge and teaching resources among partners

To collect educational resources from third parties and propose their use

Relate the skills profiles necessary to be updated in each technology

Design specific training itineraries for each skill profile
